Job Description

 Advance knowledge of QuickBooks required, proficiency with Excel.

Bookkeeping services included: Maintenance of client General Ledger, maintenance of Accounts Receivable, recording of deposits, reconciliation of bank accounts, entry of cash receipts and cash disbursements, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, preparation of financial statements.

Candidate must be self-motivated, detailed oriented and hard working. 

Flexible work schedule desired.
