We are seeking banquet servers to become an integral part of our team!


You will be performing food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner


Essential duties and responsibilities:



  • Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet

  • Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests

  • Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils

  • Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service

  • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness

  • Adhere to grooming and appearance standards


Physical demands and abilities:



  • Frequently walking with some standing at times, possibly extended distances; ability to bend and climb stairs when necessary

  • Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

  • Occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly


You will get paid on a weekly basis and will have the opportunity to work overtime if you wish!

LGC is looking for dependable and professional staff to work at our events this year! We are starting to see a rise in requests for events starting back up so we need YOU!


Even if you are looking to pick up around a scheduled you already have OR want to make some extra cash, this is for you!


- Possibly use synchronized sweep service practices
- Carry tray with up to 6 plates
- Arm carry at least 2 plates at a time and run food and beverages to seated guests
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Clear and reset tables in formal or banquet setting
- Communicate effectively with management, guests, and coworkers and provide exceptional customer service
- Be able to take direction well with and work with limited supervision
