Experienced loan officers who are actively licensed in Michigan and/or Florida·         

Loan officers who are currently frustrated with having to do all the paperwork but earning only 75-150 basis points on average.  

·         Our client’s loan officers can net 200-225 basis points and are provided a dedicated loan processors/assistants to help loans close timely.

·         Loan officers who want the freedom to select their own loan processors and title agencies. 

The processors work for the loan officer not the company.

·         Loan officers who want access to over 60 lenders with an expansive list of loan programs to meet every applicant’s unique needs.

·         Candidates who possess proven skills as an accomplished loan officer and who can generate their own client leads.

·         Candidates who have a proven record of success as demonstrated by the # of loans closed per month.

 

What we are offering:

What You Will Be Doing:

Focusing on originating loans while leveraging the best in industry loan processing support resources.

Completing loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant, obtaining signatures and notarizations, and collecting fees.

Develops loan applications by evaluating applicant information and documentation.

Consulting with clients about their lending needs to help them achieve their financial goals, including the collection and analysis of information about the client’s financial situation.

Advising clients about the risks, consequences, and benefits of alternative lending solutions.

Working directly with loan processors to manage loan pipeline and conduct credit and underwriting analysis.

Evaluating loan applications and documentation by informing applicant of additional requirements.

Rejecting loans by explaining deficiencies to applicants.

Working directly with loan processors to track closing dates, contingency dates, and loan lock expirations.

Preparing and submitting timely and accurate loan files.

Helping customers by answering questions and responding to requests.

Accomplishes company’s mission by completing related task as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Reviews the loan application submitted and structures the loan to accommodate the Automated Underwriting findings and/or customer’s needs.

  • May be responsible for preparing application package to be sent to the member within regulatory required time frames. When responsible, submitting all or a portion of packages to underwriting prior to delivery with ongoing improvement in underwriting submissions.

  • Orders and tracks all required documentation to assure processing timeframes are being met and updates system, calendars and front of loan file with status.

  • *Works with the customer, client and closing agent to resolve questions and/or problems immediately upon inquiry or receipt of documentation from the customer.

  • Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients. Ensures customer service surveys are maintained to client’s minimum score.

  • Submits fully processed files through automated underwriting system and submits to Underwriting Department for decision if required. Resolves issues and shows ongoing improvement in reducing isssues identified by Underwriter.

  • Verifies product, rate and point structure according to client specifications.

  • Prepares, ensures the accuracy and timely delivery of commitment letters. Rediscloses ensuring accuracy and timely delivery as needed.

  • Reviews appraisals, titles, and purchase and sales contracts as received, submits them to u/w if necessary, makes all required calls, system updates and orders any addendums required related to the review.

  • If client specifications require; Track all required documentation to assure processing timeframes are being met and updates system with statuses.

  • If client specifications require; Reviews loan for clear to close items and confirms the file is being submitted to the closing department accurately.

  • Clears all underwriting conditions working with customer and outside vendors.

  • Assures loans are moved to the appropirate stages and documents are delivered to the Closing Department within client’s required time frames excluding delays outside of ISGN’s control.

  • Completes customer member feedback calls on service provided to ensure that our service is to the clients requirements.

  • Reviews and monitors pipeline reports on a daily and weekly basis, acting accordingly.

  • Must be able to meet established minimum daily expectations for this position.

  • This position may require frequent over time, at times on a daily basis; must be available to work additional hours on short notice as determined by management to meet client service level agreements

  • Performs other related duties as assigned or directed

  • The Business Analyst works with the HR Center of Excellence to identify scope, business value, objectives of identified project. 


  • The BA collaborates with the Business Technology Product Owner on eliciting requirements inclusive of as is and to be processes, use cases, proof of concepts and solution design and release planning. 


  • The BA coordinates and facilitates end to end UAT partnering with the Center of Excellence.

Experience:

  • A proven track record of delivering IT security projects is essential.

  • Ability to work with dispersed and global teams and locations is essential.

  • The ability to work and manage teams remotely is essential.

  • Experience in the life-science industry would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite.

We are looking to fill multiple Service Representative and Supervisor positions in a very fast-paced environment. We are a growing company looking for high-energy individuals. Candidates must enjoy helping clients, building relationships with clients and must maintain relationships. Candidates must be able to handle multiple client accounts while continuing to grow the business. You must stay current with the benefits available to clients through our continuing education training programs. Provide excellent service to clients and be in constant contact.


As a representative you will serve client families in designated territories throughout the area. You will be assigned a territory in accordance with your place of residence. You will be sitting with the client’s one on one and serve as the client's point of contact and creating an ongoing relationship.

Job Description


The Mortgage Loan Processor position exists to provide comprehensive support and assists in high quality mortgage loan originations.  Loan Processors are primarily responsible for working with mortgage applicants to collect, analyze and submit complete loan files to underwriting for credit decisions.  The Loan Processor is also responsible for meeting specific time-lines for the entire fulfillment process for their assigned loan pipeline.


 


Responsibilities:


·         Request, review and verify all loan documents such as income, credit, appraisal and title insurance, to ensure complete and accurate information is in the file before it is sent to underwriting.


·         Obtain verification of deposit, verification of employment, credit report.


·         Prioritize and monitor daily workflow in order to ensure all loans are being worked on in accordance with company's timeline expectations.


·         Maintain constant communication with customers on status updates and/or changes to the loan.


·         Ensure any necessary and critical changes which require re-disclosures have been accurately notated and checked in the loan origination system for compliance purposes.


·         Coordinate loan closing with customers, title companies, and loan agents.


·         Resolve any customer service issues or Demonstrate advanced product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional and other loan programs such as Home Equity Lines of Credit, 2nd Mortgages, Home Improvement, down payment assistance and bond programs.


·         Demonstrate working knowledge of federal and state guidelines, rules and regulations such as RESPA, TILA, HMDA, etc.


 


Qualifications:


·         Minimum 4 years of residential mortgage loan processing experience required.


·         Must have High School Diploma/GED.


·         Must be experienced in automated underwriting. To include Fannie/Freddie (CONV/FHA/VA/RD)


·         Applicant must be detail oriented and be able to multi task.


·         Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.


·         Must possess a superior customer service focus.


·         Must be able to prioritize in order to meet loan closing deadlines.


·         Must be able to work independently on processing various loan applications.


·         Ability to sit at for 6-8 hours a day.
