F45 Pooler is seeking a talented Trainer to join the team. We are seeking a high-quality Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer for part-time employment.

Education/and or Experience Required


⬡ High School Diploma or GED required; six months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience


⬡ A fitness certification from one of the following professional organizations: NSCA, ACE, PTA Global Certified Trainer, ACSM, AFAA, CI and NASM is preferred


⬡ Hold and maintain a current CPR certification is preferred

Circuit30 Health and Fitness Coaches are expected to manage the circuit style training to assist members with their daily workout. This requires them to be on their feet for multiple hours at a time. On the circuit floor, coaches must be able to demonstrate all movements on our extensive list using the following equipment: Bosu Balls, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Stability Balls, TRX, Barbells, Resistance Bands, and other fitness equipment.

        Safety Maintain safe operation of Aquatics Department.


        Tasks



        • Maintain proper chemical levels of the pool as well as provide a clean environment in all aquatic areas.

        • Regularly clean pool and filtration system.

        • Responsible for ordering and maintaining chemicals and cleaning supplies. Posting and facilitating safety regulations, including explaining safety procedures to members and staff. Incorporate an emergency action plan (EAP) and initiate when necessary, Maintain personal certifications.

        • Hiring and training of qualified personnel.

        • Provide re-certification opportunities for staff. Weekly scheduling of Aquatics staff.

        • Communicate regularly with members and staff, paying close attention to member feedback.

        • Programming and planning Swim Lessons and Group Exercise Classes.

        • Advertise Red Cross "Learn to Swim" program in Baltimore County schools.

        • Coordinate swim lessons for the above.

        • Provide swim lessons for adults, group and private. Provide swim incentive programs such as "Swim Around Manhattan", "Swim Around Key West:, "Swim the English Channel", etc. Scheduling. Scheduling of Aquatic Staff and various Aquatics Programs.

        • Weekly scheduling of Aquatics staff. Coordinate with Group Exercise staff to schedule classes and arthritis classes.
