Requirements:

Full-service medical spa in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a full-time BilIngual (SPANISH - Mandatory) medical receptionist/ administrative front desk coordinator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greet patients and answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
· Collect all necessary paperwork from and authorizations from patients needed for billing
· Scan information to patient electronic record
· Schedule and confirm appointments
· Prepare patients to facilitate smooth flow and provides other general assistance to the provider and staff as necessary
· Work together with the team members at the center(s) to reach center goals
· Other duties as necessary to achieve goals
Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service skills

Hours:
· Full Time
This medspa practice is 100% cosmetic, so knowledge of facials, technology like Coolsculpting/ Radio Frequency, injectables, skin care and product sales, etc. are preferred but not necessary. Experience in coordination of a medspa, plastic surgery or dermatology front office is definitely a plus, and a positive attitude and well put-together appearance are necessary. Pay is hourly and is negotiable and based upon the level of relevant experience in the field.
