HVAC Technicians receive service requests, typically 2-4 each day electronically from our appointment center and are dispatched in a fully stocked vehicle to complete the majority of residential repairs and service work on the first call. Technicians report to the office only as needed for meetings, training, etc.


 


Work Type:


Technicians work independently and generally preform work typical of repairing residential oil and gas heating systems, heat pumps, air conditioning and ductless systems plus preform scheduled maintenance visits.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Perform complicated transmissions root cause and repair operations.

  • Operate in a team environment

  • Solve problems and communicate to teams on the issues with a sense of urgency

  • Update all measurable information relating to efficiency as required by the Operations Supervisor

  • Responsible for tagging and scrapping of parts in teardown area

  • Responsible for the uptime of the leak test stands

  • Perform preventive maintenance on 3 leak test stands and teardown equipment

  • Prioritize work between teardown and diagnostics leak testers

  • Develop instructions and setup process for repurposing of the parts

  • Maintain the 5-S standards in the tear down area


 


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

The primary responsibility of our diesel technicians is to repair and maintain diesel engine industrial trucks according to dealership and factory specifications.   • Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.

  • Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair.

  • Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.

Jack Brown Cleaners is looking for an energetic and reliable individual to join our Customer Service team!


Your daily duties will include interacting with customers as they bring in and pick up their dry cleaning/laundry garments, invoicing and preparing those garments for the production facilities, and completing opening and/or closing store procedures.


This position is great for someone with a flexible schedule and who is willing to work on short notice. Most hours will be Monday-Friday from 3-7pm and Saturdays from 9am-3pm. Some extra morning shifts may be available if you are interested in picking up more hours. You will be hired as a floater for a certain area and will help cover shifts between 10-15 stores. We are looking to make two hires for this position- one for our North area stores and and one for our South area stores. Weekly hours are not guaranteed but you can expect to work around 15-26 hrs consistently with the opportunity to pick up to 40 hr/week if interested.
