This position is primarily responsible for planning, directing/coordinating the day-to-day operations of the company. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing daily operations, planning the use of materials and human resources including administration, bookkeeping, legal, maintenance of the office space, purchasing, personnel (hiring, records, training), support services and traffic. Reports to President
A proven track record (minimum 2 years of management experience) in a service industry, a strong business foundation, solid communication skills, experience in sales, service, scheduling methods, supervision and the ability to direct employees.
Demonstrable leadership consistent with company values in setting clear work expectations and performance goals and holding employees accountable for their performance.
Demonstrable financial performance of managing product costs, personnel and office expenses.
Meeting customer expectations having implemented strategies to prevent service failures
Advanced knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and research tools and databases. A passion for technology and international cultures.
Excellent English communication skills in writing and in speaking. Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
