Job Description

**Account Sales Executive** 

Our office is **rapidly growing** and we are looking for individuals who fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a **full-time position**. 

 

Our Account Sales Executives are responsible for providing customer service to our current clients as well as new prospective clients. Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is **not required** but would be a great benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position. 

 

**Responsibilities**

  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Return all correspondence promptly.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
  • Cross-selling
  • Make outbound sales calls to referrals, internet leads, etc.
  • Solicit and write new business for the agency.
  • Meet production requirements and goals assigned by the agency.
  • Maintain knowledge of new and existing products.
  • Other duties as assigned  **Requirements**

  • Always seeing the glass half full. Positive mindset required  **Property Casualty Life and Health Licenses are required to get within 1 month of employment for this position.** **We will help you obtain them!** 

 

Uncapped Compensation 

  • Potential Expectations - **$40,000/yr to $90,000/yr** depending on production 
  • Base Salary: **$25,000/yr or $2083.33/mo** 
  • First sales quarter **no less** than $35,000 with bonuses and commissions 
  • Second sales quarter **no less** than $30,000 with bonuses and commissions 
  • Commission - **50% - 90%** of Agencies Commission (Depending on Production and Policy Type) 
  • Bonus Opportunities 
    • Quarterly Bonuses - **$15/policy** sold (after meeting production and activity requirements) 
    • Other Incentive Bonus Opportunities periodically
