**Account Sales Executive**
Our office is **rapidly growing** and we are looking for individuals who fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a **full-time position**.
Our Account Sales Executives are responsible for providing customer service to our current clients as well as new prospective clients. Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is **not required** but would be a great benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.
**Responsibilities**
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Return all correspondence promptly.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Cross-selling
- Make outbound sales calls to referrals, internet leads, etc.
- Solicit and write new business for the agency.
- Meet production requirements and goals assigned by the agency.
- Maintain knowledge of new and existing products.

Uncapped Compensation
- Potential Expectations - **$40,000/yr to $90,000/yr** depending on production
- Base Salary: **$25,000/yr or $2083.33/mo**
- First sales quarter **no less** than $35,000 with bonuses and commissions
- Second sales quarter **no less** than $30,000 with bonuses and commissions
- Commission - **50% - 90%** of Agencies Commission (Depending on Production and Policy Type)
- Bonus Opportunities
- Quarterly Bonuses - **$15/policy** sold (after meeting production and activity requirements)
- Other Incentive Bonus Opportunities periodically
