We are looking for ambitious future entrepreneurs. As an agent aspirant, you will be working closely
with the agent owner to learn the ropes from the bottom up of what it takes to build and maintain a successful business.
You will start by learning the sales piece of the business. The first step will involve (MANY) calls. When you master this process, you will move to an advisory role, where you will coach the other more inexperienced employees. You will also learn the marketing side, the accounting side, and the motivational side of the business. If you are motivated to work through the process, you can have a job as a business owner (at your own agency!) within 3 years.

This job will require a property and casualty license in the state of Colorado. This will allow you to sell and market auto and home products. Life and health licensing can be obtained after employment but within the first 3 months. You will also get bank certified on the job and have the ability to sell checking, savings, CDs, money markets, and vehicle loans.
Our salary is among the highest in the industry after the first 90 days. We start with an introductory wage until you learn the ropes, with performance incentives along the way. The application process involves a phone interview, an in-person interview, and a personality test.
