Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style atmosphere

Claremont Retirement Management Services provides a number of services to prospective clients. These services include; (1) evaluation of an existing market in terms of location, market size potential and levels of care offered; (2) creating a financial model for the project determining development, construction and operational costs; (3) conduct a marketing analysis of the project using focus groups to develop pricing strategies and marketing campaigns; (4) assist in employee staffing and training at the facility, providing ongoing in-service training; (5) provide a dietary analysis that include menu studies and food evaluation; (6) a comprehensive activities program; and (7) a caregiver training program.
