Passionate cooks sought, minimum 2 years fine dining experience. Must be a motivated self starter, capable to work fish, meat and garde manger stations, work neatly and organized, with respect to products and the profession. Must be willing to learn new/different techniques and standards. Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
