Our Story

Protégé is an upscale casual restaurant featuring New American cuisine and a comprehensive wine & spirits program. The vision of Master Sommelier, Dennis Kelly and Chef Anthony Secviar, Protégé brings the attention to detail found in the finest restaurants to a casual setting in Palo Alto, California. Protégé offers two distinct dining experiences: the Lounge and the Dining Room.

The Lounge offers an à la carte menu in a casual atmosphere—anchored by our 10-seat bar.

The Dining Room features a 5-course tasting menu in a comfortable and intimate setting.

Come join us for Valentine's Day weekend for a 4-course menu in both our Lounge and Dining Room. This menu is $195 per guest, with an optional $145 wine pairing, and will be served on both February 14th and 15th!
