Job Description

Farallon has headed seafood in San Francisco's food scene for over 21 years. The James Beard nominated restaurant, opened by Chef Mark Franz and Restaurateur Pat Kuleto, has since been striving to support sustainability, local product, and artisan crafting from the Bay Area.
Our kitchen is a from scratch facility. Prior fine dining experience is a plus.
Experience in fermentation, charcuterie, cheese making, and other long term projects is a plus.
