Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
Must be knowledgeable on baking various cake methods, and making mousses and buttercreams. Must be able to function in a fast paced, professional environment while being clean, organized, and efficient. Experience baking/mixing a variety of cakes and mousses a plus.
We are looking for a mature person willing to grow with the company, who can work independently and as part of a team. We're open to training the right person with a minimum of 1 year professional kitchen experience working with desserts.
Shift: 10:00am–6:30pm (with two days off together)
This is a full time position with benefits: health and dental insurance, paid holidays, and anniversary bonuses.
Compensation depends on skill level.
