Seeking lead cashier/front of house manager for our busy, casual counter service restaurant in South Berkeley. Our bistro style restaurant is a busy, neighborhood favorite that prides itself on its fresh ingredients, locally sourced from organic family farms.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
-Cashiering and POS
-Experience managing staff
-Onboarding and training new hires
-Focus and genuine interest in engaging customer service
-Attention to detail
-Passion for food
-Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
-Ability to work weekends when needed
This is a full time position where manager shall cover foh counter service shifts while also executing managerial duties. This role comes with room to grow within the organization as we add additional stores and other lines of business.
