Michael's Santa Monica just launched two new menus by Chef Brian Bornemann, highlighting seafood, farmer's market produce, and house made pastas. We are looking for strong line cooks who can work multiple stations and want to focus on improving their cooking.
Four to Five dinner shifts are available for anyone looking to be part of a strong team. Prior experience with grill, pasta, sauté, and/or raw fish preparations are needed.
Three to Four years experience in high-volume, chef-driven kitchens necessary.
