Rosalind Bakery, based in Pacifica, is looking for a few thoughtful minds to help us grow our burgeoning bread business. We produce a selection of naturally leavened organic sourdough breads, baguettes, pastries, and more for retail sale at our brick-and-mortar store and farmer’s market booth, and for wholesale distribution to local coastside markets.
We are seeking both full-time and part-time bakers to join our bread production team immediately. The ideal candidate will be passionate, organized, and able to perform and excel in a team environment. 2-3 years bread-baking (scaling, mixing, shaping) or viennoiserie (scaling, mixing, laminating) experience is highly desirable. However, we will provide all required training to the right candidate.
Heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) will be required, and the ability to stand for extended periods is necessary. Wages are dependent upon experience, but we are proud to offer competitive rates plus tips. Candidates should be prepared to work non-traditional hours, including graveyard shifts.
