Umaya Ramen is a japanese fusion ramen restaurant with a gastropub twist, conveniently located right off the 605 Freeway on South Street in Cerritos. Kitchen Staff: Prep and Dishwasher
All applicants must have a customer-first mentality, great communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to multi-task and take initiative to satisfy a guest's needs. We are a tight knit group who works hard together. We expect staff to be able to maintain composure and be professional in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, while multitasking and have the flexibility to adapt to different situations. Candidates must also have a sense of urgency in the the completion of all tasks and responsibilities. Our team is comprised of high-energy, warm and friendly attitude, with the ability to work as a team and willingness to learn and grow on a daily basis.

Our specialty is Tonkotsu broth ramen noodle. The rich flavored soup is cooked with pork bones after more than 20 hours of boiling. Quality you can taste!
Tonkotsu ramen is the heart of our menu, complemented with pan Asian rice dishes, hand made brioche bun sliders, gyoza & xiao-long bao, and all kind of fun seasonal side-dishes with ingredients from Santa Monica's farmer's market. Our beverage program includes sake, wine, beer, hand crafted soda, and regional coffee.
