The Client Representative is responsible in providing quality service by recruiting providers who have agreed to honor the client’s benefits. Responsibilities include educating providers regarding the client’s benefits, assisting and resolving the client’s needs, client education regarding their legal benefit, maintaining constant communication with client and building the network with qualified providers.
· Recruit qualified providers to assist client needs · Validates the licensing of network providers through local and state agencies · Always communicate effectively to a variety of audiences · Provides excellent telephone etiquette (incoming and outgoing Calls) with every call · Articulates important information to the provider regarding the company standards and the client’s benefits with expanding the provider network · Promotes excellent customer service with always incorporating CLC 3’s: Courteous, Compassionate, Consistent · Exceeds established company standards to provider and client satisfaction, accuracy, quality and timelines · To be able to multi-task (listen to the client/provider, document conversation in the database, and speak to the caller) while handling a high call volume · To be able to handle and retain large amounts of information as it relates to the client, the client’s benefits and limitations · Maintain a positive professional attitude while being a team player and cooperating with all departments · Exceed in placing client’s with a provider within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of referral · And or any other duties assigned
Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required (indicate preferences, if applicable):
2-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum Experience required (indicate preferences, if applicable):
3 or more years’ experience in customer service, preferred experience in sales (minimum of 6 months)

· Excellent communication and written skills · Actively works to overcome obstacles by changing strategies, doubling efforts, using multiple approaches, etc. · To be able to identifies more critical and less critical activities and assignments; adjusts priorities when appropriate · Demonstrates detailed job knowledge and expertise in own area; applies specialist skills to work and problem solving, attention to detail · Uses analytical skills to produce a range of solutions to problems; generates workable solutions · Outstanding communication with co-workers, other staff members and all levels of management · Well Organized and Detail oriented · To work independently or in a team environment and take initiative · To have the ability to conduct Internet searches · Required computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Internet & Gmail) · Typing skills: Type a minimum of 30 WPM
