Which means we do good work, for good people, that helps the communities we live in. We look and sound like a Managed Service Provider (MSP) most of the time, except that there's no selling or 'upsell' in anything we do. It's just you and the rest of our team, fixing/improving the tech, so our clients can do their own good work more efficiently and effectively. It's kind of awesome.
This position requires some experience. You should be ready to jump in to solve technical problems. You should know how to troubleshoot a corrupted user profile, how to recognize and troubleshoot self-assigned DHCP addresses, how to install and manage network printers, etc. If you're not sure about your experience, ask. We don't require specific credentials, but if you've got an A+ and a Network+ or CCNA, you're in solid shape.
These positions are around northern Lake County. Ideally, you're calling McHenry, Lakemoor, Volo, Round Lake, Grayslake, Lake Villa, Wauconda, Crystal Lake, Lake Zurich, Mundelein, Libertyville, or similar town as your starting point.
