Strive is a Mini Campus for Inner City Children in South L.A... We provide an academy-par After-School Academics & Arts program, for students, grades 1-12.

Position: 1st Grade Instructor
• Classroom teaching experience, required.
• Teach the provided curriculum.
• Manage student behavior in the classroom.
• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.

Pay is flexible and commensurate with education and work experience.
Hours: 1:00pm-6:30pm, Monday -- Friday. Please be available all hours and days.
Punctuality, professional appearance, and friendly personality are expected.
Please be energetic and enthusiastic.
Able to begin work immediately and commit through next school year (2017-2018).
