The Driver is responsible for the health, safety, and education of children, parents and families. The Responsibilities include performing duties necessary for safe transportation of Youth & Teens from school to the AJCC and from the AJCC to field trips.

No supervisory responsibilities required.
While performing the duties of this job, the Driver is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk, hear and see. This person is required to stand and move about the entire building and grounds, as well as off-site areas. Due to the nature of the job, it is necessary to be able to pick up to 45 pounds and navigate both classrooms and playground. Specific vision abilities required for this job are as necessary to maintain a driver’s license.
Primarily the Youth wing is comprised of offices, classrooms and playground. Noise level, toys on the floor and clutter are normal to child care environments. Some programs and responsibilities will occur in other parts of the campus or at off-site venues not owned or under the control of the JCC. This position will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and move regularly from inside to outside.
