Bloom Café is looking for a Customer Service / Counter supervisor
Oversee the counter “takeout department “ and ensure that all take out and pick up transactions are processed in a quick and efficient manner.
Responsible for answering the telephone with proper etiquette, taking orders without errors, and guiding others how to do so.
Pepare and help others prepare drinks for takeout and dining room
Training new Team Members
Keep display case and counter area presentable throughout the day.
Understands thoroughness and speed of service
Properly bags and arranges to‐go food.
Handles sales transactions at retail counter by operating POS
Follows BLOOM Cafe cash handling policy
Handles any complaints and elevates to GM when necessary
Completes opening, mid, and closing procedures when needed.
Follows and completes BLOOM Cafe food safety checklists to ensure proper food handling.
Flexibility in schedule with the ability to work mornings, weekends, and / or evenings
Ability to develop positive working relationships will all restaurant employees and work as a part of a team by helping others as needed or requested.
Be a role model for other Counter Employees
Ability to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency.
MANDATORY RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE.
Prior Management experience for casual restaurant
