Job Description

Ideal Candidate Profile – “Our Casting Call!”

  • Experience in an analytical role that includes reporting of impactful insights to leadership based on data
  • Highly proficient use of SQL for extraction and manipulation of data
  • Experience creating dashboard reporting for sales & marketing leadership
  • Understanding of control group creation, linear regression, factor analysis, logistic regression, generalized linear models, tree models (CART, MART), data visualization, cluster analysis, or related models is preferred
  • Superior project management, critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, including data cleanliness and reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with great attention-to-detail and the ability to consolidate data into deliverables that are concise and persuasive
  • Team player who leaves their ego at the door and has a growth mindset, welcoming feedback with the goal of continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree required with major in business, statistics, computer science, or other related field
