Your role as Concierge acts as the primary point of contact for customers who are seeking information, service, assistance and shopping & dining recommendations, among other requests. You will also be responsible for providing various amenities and for providing digital and in-person service. You will be passionate about service and customer engagement at a high level will work to create, implement and deliver a superlative level of customized services and amenities to City Center guests and Bishop Ranch employees. The Concierge is the face of City Center and thus will project an approachable, professional image and possess a sense of urgency while providing an excellent service experience with every transaction. You will be committed to your role and genuinely enjoy creating memorable experiences and interactions with others.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: * A strong communicator, both written and verbal communication * Strong customer service experience and customer focus * Problem solving skills * A passionate and energetic commitment to the position * An outgoing, approachable personality and demeanor * A team player who takes ownership when and where applicable * Possess a genuine concern and care for others * Professional and refined verbal and written communication skills * Exceptional listening skills with a warm and professional phone manner * Ability to ask open-ended questions to ensure timely and complete handling of requests * Strong internet research skills with an emphasis on finding concise, reliable information * Discreet and confidential processing of any and all requests * Strong competence in Microsoft Office software * Knowledge of surrounding area/destinations/attractions in East Bay and SF Bay Area * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task * Sense of style and pride in appearance * Able to stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per day * Able to lift up to 25 pounds
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years experience in a customer facing front desk or concierge role required. High end hospitality experience highly preferred.
SALARY AND BENEFITS: This is an hourly position and can be part-time or full time. Salary will be dependent upon experience, starting at $17/hour upwards. Benefits are available for full time employees.
