FT Line Cooks available for both Morning and Evening.
1. Assists in the food preparation for the assigned station including; pantry, broiler/grill or sauté. 2. Prepares and cooks ordered items during restaurant service according to Chef’s specifications. 3. Inspects all stations in Kitchen at thee end of each shift to make sure they are all broken down and cleaned to sanitation standards. 4. Ensures proper food storage methods, labeling, rotation and temperature controls for all food items. 5. Ensures proper portion control and proper plating presentations. Average knowledge of industrial equipment including range, ovens, slicer, deep fryer and grill.
2-3 years cooking experience including breakfast and saute.
