Responsible for setting the long-term product vision and communicating it across the company, identifying the strategy to realize the vision and translate it into aspirational yet attainable objectives. Responsible to meet and exceed the high standards set for products in critical fields such as quality of the user experience, data security, operational cost effectiveness, cost of customer on-boarding, cost of product support, velocity of product increments delivery. Partner with fellow peer executives to share information and keep consensus on key topics such as product delivery plans, market fit and roadmaps and to orchestrate complex changes requiring the coordination of multiple departments. Manage the long-term evolution of the strategy to accomplish its mission of simplifying the business of selling experiences. Responsible for monitoring the market trends, identify opportunities and test them in a cost effective and timely fashion, reporting the findings to the CEO and the executive team. Manage and coach a team of approximately 30 people, including product managers, product designers, system architects, software developers and testing engineers and foster a product culture that is centered on the needs and the happiness of products users and employees.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered, or closely related engineering and product management experience. Will accept 8 years of experience in the job offered or closely related engineering and product management.

Travel Requirements: 40% international and domestic
Special Requirements: Requires 5 years’ experience with:
1) managing product strategy and development process;
2) building an engineering team; and
3) managing client relationships.
