Applicant selected will be part of a small production team responsible for producing morning pastries (croissants, muffins, scones, bagels). They must have experience or knowledge from culinary school of working with dough and be familiar with lamination techniques.
Fabiana's Bakery is privately owned and is a "from scratch " bakery offering a full line of specialty cakes, pastries and savory desserts.
Our owner, Fabiana Carter, is a highly trained and accomplished pastry chef. Her Brazilian heritage is reflected in our product offerings.
