As an employee of Contra Costa ARC, you will join a team of people, and an organization, that has a mission. We are here to meet the needs of children and adults with disabilities so that they can reach their goals and realize their dreams.
Being part of a team with a mission is something very different than just having "a job." For people with a mission, it's not just a job. The focus and the priorities are different. The people we serve are the reason we are here -- to help each person become as independent and self-sufficient as he or she can be. These individuals are the reason we are here, and in that sense, their best interests are our first priority.
We are known for providing high quality, cost-effective services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. We serve over 1,000 children and adults in Contra Costa County every day.
