Experience and Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in full or quick service restaurants
• Has a genuine love of hospitality
• Teachable and excited to learn
• Valid BASSET and food handling certificate or ability to acquire

Mini Mott is a Logan Square restaurant opened by the folks at Mott St and previously Ruxbin. As a casual counter service locale, Mini Mott serves up burgers, wings, fries, and an array of Chicago comfort foods.
Our team can expect to grow through a variety of positions to give a broad educational experience under the tutelage of James Beard Award nominated best chef Great Lakes Edward Kim.
