Opentable proficient is a MUST.
In addition, ideal candidate is warm, friendly and works great under pressure. Someone who is able to mulit-task between greeting guests, answering the phones, taking and confirming reservations and at the same time remain positive and graceful. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as well. Our goal is to meet our guest requests and expectations flawlessly. Other industry standard host duties are included in the responsibilities of this position.
