Job Description

  We are looking for the right person to take responsibility for the smooth operation of our dynamic and fast growing established Orthopedic Massage office where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed. We offer a competitive salary + bonuses.  Your full-time role will include providing a full range of office management duties including:  • Maintain daily office operations and services • Design, organize and implement office policies and procedures • Maintain office equipment and supplies • Control correspondences between company and clients • Facilitate and manage relations between company and vendors • Maintain office records • Design and organize filing systems • Ensure protection and security of all files and records • Direct all customer requests, inquiries and/or concerns to appropriate individual(s) as needed • Various Marketing Tasks. • Assist Owner, Kym, with personal tasks • Perform other related duties as required    You will have the flexibility to implement new procedures and systems to improve the office efficiency. This is an autonomous role and you need to be comfortable being independent and making decisions. This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal and presentation skills, and office management experience. You need to be self-directed and have organizational and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is a must. The ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects is needed.

 Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Prior office administration and human resource experience required.  

Applicants must have: • Ability to work with QuickBooks online • Ability to work in Microsoft Outlook • Ability to type 40+wpm • Ability to perform at a high level of stress  • Exceptional customer service on phone and in person • Tech savvy (computer/printer issues, internet issues, etc) • Internet & research savvy • Marketing experience  • Mathematical and arithmetic skills • A positive disposition
