About 2600Hz

Why intern at 2600Hz?

· 2600Hz embodies a healthy mix of start-up culture and established software company. As an entirely self-funded company going on eight years of operation, we run lean and mean, but also have a mature product that lets you get familiar to working with a larger codebase.

 · Most of our code is open source, meaning you get paid to build your reputation as an open source contributor on a large project: the Kazoo repo is over 270,000 lines of code and is the largest open source project written in Erlang—bigger than the language itself!

 · We're located in the middle of the financial district, two blocks away from both the Montgomery and Powell BART stations.

· We've got plenty of snacks and a full kitchen for you to use, as well as an entertainment setup (how good are you at Mario Kart 64?).
