Balboa Teen Health Center, a comprehensive school-based healthcare clinic at San Francisco’s Balboa High School, is in search of a part-time Behavioral Health Clinician to conduct group and individual mental health counseling in Spanish and English with clients ages 12-19. Graduate degree (PhD, PsyD, MFT, or MSW) required, and must be licensed or registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. Experience providing counseling and/or other services for youth is required. Experience providing group counseling for High-School aged youth is a major plus. Candidates with fluency in spoken Spanish will be highly preferred for this position, and are encouraged to apply. This therapist will work in-tandem with the rest of the Clinic Behavioral Health team, and also in coordination with the larger multi-disciplinary Clinic Team. Working well with others, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and professional demeanor are all key requirements for this position.
