Put it all together and you've got CRUfit Oakland, a neighborhood fitness club where anyone can work with our highly qualified and experienced team of instructors to get fit. We aim to deliver measurable fitness gains to all members. Those who have not been active for a while will find CRUfit to be a comfortable club where they can ramp-up slowly, establishing a workout routine appropriate for their needs. Beyond physical training, we aspire to make our club an inviting place for all our members to hang out and socialize with other members and our staff.
