Founded in 1999, Project Access – a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization – is the leading provider of vital on-site health, education and employment services to low-income families, children and seniors. Our goal is to give low-income families the tools needed to break the cycle of poverty by becoming healthier, further educated, and financially stable. Project Access operates Family and Senior Resource Centers at over 65 low-income properties located California, Arizona, Colorado, and Georgia. In 2016, Project Access’ programs successfully served over 14,000 people.
How does Project Access accomplish its goals?
Project Access transforms the community center within apartment complexes into fully operational Family Resource Centers. Our centers serve as a “community hub” that provide low-income families with the resources needed to thrive. This unique model of service delivery allows Project Access to directly impact the lives of hard to reach pockets of underserved, impoverished families.
