From the a taco done Nick’s Way to one of our special burritos, our kitchen prepares each item with careful attention. Meats are slow cooked and infused with flavor. Produce and fish are fresh as they are purchased each morning to ensure an unsurpassed quality. Even our margaritas are prepared fresh and for each customer using agave nectar.

Doug Marschke, co-owner of The Taco Shop, has been friends with Nick for about 5 years and convinced Nick that he was the right person to fill a niche in the taco-dry neighborhood of the Sunset. He’s also a proud University of Michigan alum. You can catch him working the bar when he’s not traveling the world.
