Sophie and Bernard dreamed for years to open an ice cream shop together. In 2017, they decided to make their dream a reality and moved to Los Angeles to pursue their dream. Five month after moving to Los Angeles, Sophie and Bernard opened Cafe de la Plage in the heart of Point Dume Beach.
Sophie and Bernard make homemade Ice Cream from the highest quality ingredients, organic milk, and uses less cream and sugar than a traditional ice cream shop. We also specialize in vegan ice creams for our vegan lovers.
To accompany your ice cream, we offer Intelligentsia gour met coffee and and exquisite baked goods from Gjusta and Farmshop.
