Here at Curves we teach women our 30 minute circuit and motivate them to find time to get 3 workouts a week in. You will literally be saving women's lives and helping them to get stronger. Our Women's Only Curves Gym is the last one in the city of Chicago. We are so fortunate to have the club here in our area. The closer you are physically to your gym, the more likely you will get there. And you can only get the benefits of our strength training machines by coming into the club.
