Set on a beautiful, 5-acre grass- and tree-based campus in North Davis, the Davis Waldorf School serves 200 children from preschool to 8th grade and also hosts a vibrant parent child program. Founded in 1986, the Davis Waldorf School is committed to excellence- delivering academics through the arts.
The Davis Waldorf School joins over 1,200 Waldorf elementary schools throughout the world. In addition, there are over 2,000 Waldorf early childhood programs worldwide. The first Waldorf school opened in Stuttgart, Germany, in 1919 as an independent co-educational school for the children of factory workers. We are looking forward to an international celebration of 100 years of Waldorf education in 2019- watch our website for details
