Everything at Bulldog Bootcamp & CrossFit can be scaled to your current fitness level – so in a typical class you will see soccer moms next to active military next to high school students. Every person works together to achieve the same goal: constantly improving his or her fitness level.
Although diverse, BDCF athletes all have something in common: they like to train hard and have a good time. We host and participate in a wide range of activities and events inside and outside the gym — biking, running, adventure racing, BBQ’s, You’ve never had so much fun getting fit!
You’ll find that our coaches take the extra time to help you move properly and improve technique. Our coaches are there for you whenever you have questions and need that extra help. We always demonstrate every movement, every time, to make sure you know exactly what you are doing.
