Customer service. We provide an outstanding customer experience by being friendly, knowledgeable about our foods and swift to respond to requests. Additionally, we provide an inclusive environment in which customers learn more about Asian cuisine through demos, classes and samples and are invited to provide suggestions and recommendations for our improvement.
Open and honest business practices. We conduct our operations ethically and seek out team members and vendors who share this commitment.
Research. We are constantly on the lookout for new products, vendors, recipes, concepts,
operational procedures and supply chain innovations so that we can always provide the best quality and value to our customers. We're members of the Food Marketing Institute and The National Association for the Specialty Food Trade and follow very closely the government sites dedicated to food safety.
Devotion to our team members. We train our associates so they can excel in their positions and provide excellent customer service.
Support of our community. We play an active part in fostering a clean, safe and friendly
environment and sponsoring causes that match our own passions. Whenever possible we're reducing the packaging we use and using recyclable materials.
We use the acronym CORDS because just like smaller strands are bound together to form one strong rope, so do the individual members of our company come together to form one strong team.
