Toni Marie Cox is an artist, pastry chef, and proprietress. After completing her BA in fine arts from the University of Illinois, Chicago, Toni applied her talents to the culinary world. She honed her artistry as the Executive Pastry Chef at Chicago’s elegant Mayfair Regent Hotel and the notable Le Ciel Bleu, before being sought out by Disney to open The Disneyland Hotel in Paris.In 1994, after three years in France, Toni returned and began to supply the Hinsdale area with her fabulous treats. Her experience, style, and artistry are evident in the jewel-like pastries and cakes created, as well as her superb savory offerings. And now Toni is bringing those same delicious delights to Chicago with the opening of her new shop at 65 E. Washington St.
