Troya has been serving its unique blend of Turkish-Mediterranean fare and hospitality in San Francisco since 2006. We were delighted to open our first location in the İnner Richmond as well as our second location in Pacific Heights during 2012. Two years later in 2014, we dedicated ourselves to Pacific Heights. Troya Fillmore now brings a different, more modern approach to the Turkish-inspired Mediterranean kitchen, offering local and organic ingredients as often as possible.
The eclectic Wine menu also showcases top Mediterranean wines as well as other local favorites.
Troya, which had been founded in the year 3,000 B.C., and was demolished and reconstructed nine times until the year 500 A.D. was inhabited continuously for 3,500 years. Located in Turkey, what was once the site of the Trojan war, has now been inhabited - simultaneously, and peacefully - by people from all over the Mediterrenean, from different cultures, religions, and background.
Immortalized by Homer in the Iliad, Troy has inspired great creative artists throughout the world ever since.
We open our doors and invite all to come be inspired by our food - Turkish in essence, encompassing all the Mediterranean flavors.
