Executive Chef/Owner Wendy Brucker trained extensively at top restaurants in the Bay Area and Los Angeles including Ernie’s, Square One, and Stars. Wendy grew up in the East Bay, but spent much of her childhood in Italy. She opened Rivoli Restaurant in Berkeley in 1994. A San Francisco Chronicle Rising Star Chef, she’s been featured in Gourmet Magazine, earned 27 points for food in Zagat, three stars in the Chronicle, as well as having her restaurants named in the Top 100 Restaurants for a combined 15+ years.
Wine Director/Owner Roscoe Skipper has hospitality in his veins and a palate that will inspire you as his wine list takes you all over Italy. His service training was established at Masa’s, Square One, Chaya Venice in Los Angeles, and Nikolai’s Roof in Atlanta. Roscoe has been recognized by Wine Spectator Magazine for his "Outstanding Wine List." He is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers.
