We are proud to be part of Minneapolis' vibrant local food movement. From the day we opened in 2007, we've categorized each purchase, averaging 50.2% local ingredients (within 250 miles of the cafe). This number goes up in the summer, but all year long we serve local meat, dairy, and flour.
