Our menu is straightforward. It’s modern American food which gives us leeway to play around with different categories and different techniques from all over the place. This neighborhood is one of, if not the most diverse neighborhood in the city too, so that gives us a lot of room to do pretty much whatever’s appropriate to the ingredients, produce and protein that’s available.
As of right now, over 80% of the menu is coming from local farms, small purveyors, and that’s something we're gonna stick with.
We work with over thirty local farms, it’s the entire back page of the menu so far, but we're setting up more. And along with that we're buying products that are produced with a lot of integrity and attention to detail.
All our menu items are made to order with the freshest ingredients we can source.
