Yuzu Ramen & Taproom is a revolutionary Japanese restaurant changing the ramen scene in the US. Our ramen broths are made of good stuff only and our customers can finish down to the last sip of the broth when they have a bowl of ramen with us. We also serve the nourishing broffee (bone BROths in coFFEE cups) as a bit more casual yet extremely nutritious soup-type drink. We are among the very few ramen places in the US that offer four different in-house-made broths, pork, beef, miso and veg. Each batch of our broth takes 24 to 35 hours of prep time using the extra large stock pots. We are committed to serving safe and healthy food as well as maintaining sustainable business practices.
