 The ideal candidate will have an outstanding academic record with a four-year degree from a reputable university.Qualified candidates must have prior automation experience and have a full understanding of electronic file systems.Must understand the roles of legal secretaries, paralegals and attorneys and be able to implement technology to improve the functioning of those roles.The person must be well-versed with Microsoft Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Software, Adobe Acrobat Software, DocuSign and HotDocs. Experience with Legal Files Matter Management and Legal Case Management Software a plus. Must also be able to train employees in technology usage and must be highly organized, able to work well under pressure, and demonstrate initiative and excellent communication skills.
