ABOUT CHEF JOSHUA RAMIREZ
Joshua Ramirez began cooking at a very young age - working his way through the Illinois Institute of Art, and going on to excel in some of the busiest kitchens in Chicago. He was the Executive Sous Chef under Chef John Coletta at Quartino for several years, where he not only found his culinary niche, but was able to develop an expertise in management and operations. Prior to coming on board as Executive Chef of Main Street Social, he was Executive Sous at the popular Bar Siena, in the bustling restaurant row of Chicago's Randolph Street.
